Established in 1969, Candlemakers Supplies (CMS) is a leading supplier of quality handmade candles, candle-making materials and expertise.

The senior partner, David Constable has long been considered the doyen of British candle makers. Over the years his designer candles have featured in numerous magazines such as Homes & Gardens and Interiors.

David has authored several books on all aspects of candle-making and has made numerous appearances on television demonstrating the craft, the most recent being Kirsty's Homemade Homes.

Candlemakers Supplies is also a major supplier of specialist candles for the film and television industries including Les Miserables, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Pride and Prejudice and Downton Abbey.

In 1993 David relocated his Candle Workshop to a 17th century watermill in South Wales (which he restored to full working condition) as well as maintaining a small retail outlet in West London.

David runs candle-making courses for entrepreneurs from all over the world. He will be demonstrating some of these skills and techniques during the Coronation Festival.
