Tastings and Demonstration Theatre
World Class Chefs, Great British Brands and top restaurants joined the Coronation Festival to celebrate sixty years of Great British Food & Drink at the Tastings and Demonstrations Theatre.
Each day at the theatre eight tastings & live food and drink demonstrations took place, incorporating a mix of educational and practical tips and techniques from a variety of Royal Warrant holders, collectively paying tribute to the six varied decades since the Coronation of HM The Queen in 1953.
Visitors to the Festival were taken through a journey of Great British Food by Household names including; The Fat Duck and Dinner By Heston (Jonny Lake and Ashley Palmer-Watts), London InterContinental (Executive Chef Paul Bates) and Royal Warrant holders Mosimann's (Anton Mosimann OBE & Head Chef Jerome Henry) and The Ritz (Executive Chef John Williams MBE) who all demonstrated their skills using products from a variety of companies that have been awarded the prestigious Royal Warrant of Appointment.
